KNOW GOD

Just as Jesus prayed for the disciples, we want people to know God, the only true God and Jesus Christ whom He has sent. Knowing God is more than head knowledge—it’s heart knowledge because we can know a great deal about God and yet know God very little. God knows you, loves you and desires to be in a relationship with you. Knowing God begins with Jesus.

FIND COMMUNITY

Reading the Bible, talking to God in prayer and finding community with other Christians are essential to growing in our relationships with each other and with Jesus. We believe the Bible teaches that you can’t live the Christian life alone and that God designed you to thrive in God-honoring and people-loving community. Serving others and learning together is a great place to start.

Acts 2:42-47

GROW DEEPER

One of the biggest hindrances to growing deeper in our relationship with Jesus is that we stop pursuing Him. While knowing Jesus as Savior may be the beginning that we should never lose sight of, seeking to know Him more and be like Him daily should be our life’s pursuit. Growing deeper moves you from getting into God’s Word to letting God’s Word get into you. Growing deeper is where God’s power transforms every part of our lives.

Psalm 1:3

MAKE DISCIPLES

The one thing that Jesus commanded the first disciples to do was to make disciples wherever they went, reproducing in others what Jesus had cultivated in them. A disciple of Jesus does more than know God, find community and grow deeper in their faith: they show others how to do it as well until the whole world hears that Jesus is Savior. We get to be a part of God’s plan to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus!
